PHONE CALLS:
A phone nurse will be available to take your call during normal business
hours. Our trained nurses answer most uncomplicated questions asked
by the parents. If your question is complex, the doctor is consulted
and the nurse will return your call. Please call during normal business
hours if you need your prescription refilled and have your pharmacy
name and number available. If you are calling to make an appointment,
we suggest you avoid calling during the busiest calls volume between
9:00 am and 10:30 am.
ON CALL
STAFF: (Physician / Physician Extenders) There
is someone on call at all times. Please call the physician (physician
extender) with non-life threatening emergencies. Please allow up to
two hours for your call to be returned. Just in case there is a prescription
called in, please have the name and number of the pharmacy. To assure
your page is answered, deactivate any anonymous block you have on
your phone and keep the line free.

The person that brings the child to the office is responsible for
the payment at that visit. We will submit your claims with the insurance

our billing department if you develop a serious problem with the payment
of your balances.
APPOINTMENTS:
Help us contribute to your child's health by keeping your appointments.
If you cannot make an appointment, please let another child be placed
in your spot. Call us ahead to let us know that you are rescheduling.
As
your primary care providers, we will see your child for the routine
well-child exams that are recommended by the American Academy of Pediatrics.
We will also see your child for all the illnesses. Frequent examinations
give us the opportunity to discuss many important topics such as accident
prevention, discipline, nutrition and many other developmental concerns.
