Dr. Fedoriw completed his undergraduate degree in New York University (NYU) with a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering. He attended the Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (RPI) in Troy, N.Y. where he completed his pre-medical studies and obtained his master's degree in Environmental Engineering and Public Health. Dr. Fedoriw completed his medical education at the University of Santiago School of Medicine and elected to do his pediatric internship at the Lutheran Medical Center in Brooklyn, N.Y. and his residency in pediatrics at St. Vincent's Hospital and Medical Center in Manhattan, N.Y.

In 1992 Dr. Fedoriw came to Fort Wayne with his wife, daughter and son. He started his pediatric private practice fifteen years ago: Pediatrics Center of Fort Wayne, P.C. located on Lake Avenue.

Just as JFK said in his memorable inaugural address, "Ask not what your country can do for you but what you can do for your country," Dr. Fedoriw answered the call to duty and volunteered for the US Navy Submarine Service and served on board the Argonaut SS475. This was the most humbling experience for Dr. Fedoriw where many fine young men put their lives on the line and asked nothing in return. Dr. Fedoriw is proud of serving his country and is a decorated submarine sailor.

Dr. Fedoriw likes to play tennis and his hobbies include gardening and home improvement projects.

Ana M. Jimenez, P.A.-C

Ms. Ana M. Jimenez completed her undergraduate degree from Purdue University, IN, with an A.A. degree in Chemical Methods and a B.S. degree in Biology. Ana attended the University of St. Francis in Fort Wayne, Indiana and obtained her Master in Science Degree in Physician Assistant Studies. Ms. Jimenez is a certified Physician Assistant and has been practicing pediatrics since 2005. She is fluent in English and Spanish.

Ana is originally from Illinois. She relocated to Fort Wayne with her family in 1998 and graduated from Homestead High School. Ms. Jimenez has been an active member of this community, from volunteering at medical clinics for the underserved to attending community oriented meetings.

Meridith Yochim, P.A.-C

Mrs. Meridith Yochim completed her undergraduate
degree from Hanover College in Southern Indiana. She
earned a bachelor of arts with majors in chemistry and
physical education. It was at Hanover College she
worked as a student athletic trainer for 3 years.
Meridith graduated from the University of Saint
Francis in Fort Wayne with a Master in Science Degree
in Physician Assistant Studies in 2004. Mrs. Yochim
is a certified Physician Assistant, and she has worked
in family medicine and pediatrics.

Meridith was born and raised in Indiana. After
graduation from Saint Francis, Meridith and her
husband relocated to Knoxville, Tennessee. Recently,
they returned to her home Hoosier State.

Mrs. Yochim enjoys spending time with her family. She
has one son, who keeps her quite occupied! She also
enjoys the outdoors, photography, and scrapbooking.

A. D. Bearden, FNP

Mrs. A. D. Bearden completed undergraduate degrees in Greenville, SC from North Greenville University with an Associate in Science Degree, and Greenville Technical College with an Associate Degree in Nursing. She then went on to complete a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing from Clemson University in Clemson, SC. After graduating from Duke University in Durham, NC with a Master of Science Degree in Nursing, she obtained certification from the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners as a Family Nurse Practitioner. She is a member of Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing, the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, and the Coalition for Advanced Practice Nurses of Indiana. Before becoming an FNP, she worked as a Registered Nurse in various healthcare settings including Cardiovascular, Home Health, Emergency Room, Critical Care, and Medical/Surgical.
Being a native of Pickens, SC, she moved to VA and NC from 2005-2008 while attending at Duke University. She relocated to Fort Wayne with her husband and two children in June 2008 and enjoys spending time with her family, playing the cello, and reading.
